This program assists states with developing and implementing residential substance use disorder treatment programs within state correctional facilities, as well as within local correctional and detention facilities, in which persons are incarcerated for a period of time sufficient to permit substance use disorder treatment.

This program will provide funding under five separate training and technical assistance (TTA) categories for multiple justice and mental health programs to deliver site-based, program-specific TTA and broader TTA for the field.

This program provides resources to state, local, and federally recognized tribal governments to support drug court programs and systems for eligible veterans in the criminal justice system who have substance use disorders.

This program provides resources to support state, local, tribal, and territorial efforts to respond to illicit substance use and misuse; reduce overdose deaths; promote public safety; and support access to prevention, harm-reduction, treatment, and recovery services in the community and justice system.

Funding through this opportunity will be used to provide training and technical assistance to grantees and practitioners to improve correctional substance use disorder treatment programming and post-release outcomes for individuals who are incarcerated.

This program provides support to law enforcement on how to effectively partner with mental health, substance use disorder, and community service agencies to promote public safety and ensure appropriate responses to individuals who have behavioral health conditions, intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or physical disabilities.

This program provides funding to support cross-system collaboration to improve public safety responses and outcomes for individuals with mental health disorders or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders who come into contact with the justice system.

This program provides funding to establish, expand, and improve treatment and recovery support services for people with substance use disorders during their incarceration and upon reentry into the community.

This program provides funding to plan and implement and to enhance veterans treatment court services to include coordination, management of veterans treatment court participants, and recovery support services.
