This program supports nonprofit organizations and government agencies as they work to establish, expand, or improve programs to address the substance use disorder treatment and recovery support needs of people during incarceration and reentry.
Collaborative Crisis Response and Intervention Training Program
This program supports law enforcement partnerships with mental health, substance use disorder, and community service agencies to improve responses to individuals in crisis who have behavioral health conditions or intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities.
Pay for Success
This program provides funding and technical assistance to state, local, and tribal governments to convert or enter into performance- and outcomes-based contracts for reentry and permanent supportive housing services.
